Fun end to 2007 - new adventures in 2008

What a way to end the year...new job for Daddy, new baby in the house, and new things to look forward to! B seemed to enjoy her first Christmas. We celebrated with JJ, GrandDad, and Aunt Anne the Saturday/Sunday before Christmas. It was so much fun having us all together.

Christmas Eve we ran errands then bought our Christmas tree and decorated it. Becca liked the lights. Christmas morning was so special. Although B won't remember it - we will. Our first Christmas with her!!! Daddy and I bought gifts for B, wrapped them, and then opened each other's gifts for her. It was fun to see what Daddy bought - he did a bear theme. :) We then had family over for Christmas dinner. We had such a wonderful time. Every time we do this we realize how much we love to entertain.

Now to new experiences in 2008...

B has discovered her toes! Now whenever you change her diaper her toes are in her mouth. It’s amazing how flexible babies are! She also rolls everywhere. No stopping her now!

At her four month Dr.'s appointment, she weighed 13 lbs 6 oz and 26 in long!!! Finally, she had her first feeding of solids (rice cereal). She didn’t seem to mind the taste. She basically sucked the food off the spoon. Every once in a while I’d get the spoon in her mouth and she’s take the bite like a big girl. I’m sure she’ll pick up on this quickly.
